Because all of our products are digital downloads, the following refund guidelines apply.


1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All items sold on xmasfamilyplan.com are instantly delivered digital products.
Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

This policy protects our digital content from unauthorized use or distribution.


2. Accidental Purchases

Since our products are delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot refund orders placed by mistake.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


3. Download or File Issues

If you are experiencing any problems such as:

  • Broken download links

  • Missing files

  • Difficulty opening the product

  • Corrupted or incomplete downloads

Please contact us and we’ll resend your files at no additional cost.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, email us within 7 days with your order numbers.
We will verify the duplicate charge and arrange a resolution.


5. Unauthorized Transactions

If someone made a purchase using your payment method without permission, please contact your bank or card provider immediately.
We can assist with order details, but all refund decisions must be processed by your payment provider.


6. No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not using the product

  • Incorrect email address entered at checkout

  • Digital incompatibility due to outdated devices

  • Discounts not applied after purchase

(We cannot apply discount codes retroactively.)
